Returning to Work and Team Bonding in Maldon
We returned to work after the Christmas break on 2nd January. The morning was spent catching up on projects, and in the afternoon, the team headed out for lunch at El Guaca, followed by a thrilling escape room in Maldon. These Maldon team activities were a fun way to reconnect and set a positive tone for the year ahead.
Focusing on Custom Jackets and Customer Orders
Our first full working day, 5th January, was straight into action. The team concentrated on completing custom jacket embroidery orders for a key client. With tight deadlines, everyone worked efficiently to ensure the jackets were delivered on time and maintained the high-quality craftsmanship our customers expect.
Following this, we continued managing other orders for clients including Anytime Fitness and Shaken Udder, demonstrating our commitment to timely delivery and excellent service across all projects.
Professional Growth Through SEO Training
January also marked a focus on professional development. Annie attended an SEO training course with Koala Digital, completing the final session on 21st January. She gained valuable insights into SEO strategies, improving website traffic and enhancing our online visibility. Applying these new skills will help our business grow digitally and reach more customers in 2026.
Tackling Website Challenges and Looking Ahead
The start of the year wasn’t without challenges. Our current website has presented some difficulties, impacting order management and customer experience. The good news is that a new website is in development, designed to improve user experience, streamline processes
and better showcase our embroidery services and other offerings. This is an exciting step that will benefit both our team and our clients.
