As all of our items are customised with printing or embroidery, each order is produced specifically for you. Our standard production time is typically 7–10 working days from artwork approval and payment.
Larger orders or complex designs may require slightly longer, but we will always confirm estimated turnaround times when your order is placed.
If you require your order urgently, please contact our team and we will do our best to accommodate a priority or express service where possible.
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched using a reliable courier service.
Most UK deliveries are sent using tracked courier services, ensuring your order can be monitored while in transit.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically:
Standard UK delivery: 1–2 working days
Express delivery: Next working day (where available)
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. For larger orders or bulk shipments, delivery pricing may vary and will be confirmed before dispatch.
If you choose to provide your own garments for printing or embroidery, please note that while we take great care during production, we cannot replace or reimburse items that may become damaged during the decoration process.
