Terms & Conditions

GENERAL
(A) The Sellers do business upon and subject to these general conditions, which will be deemed to be incorporated into all contracts between Sellers and the Purchasers to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions of the Purchasers.
(B) A quotation shall only constitute an invitation to treat. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller,
the Purchasers acceptance of delivery of said acknowledgement of orders shall be deemed to include acceptance of these general conditions.
(C) Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing by email. No responsibility will be accepted if this is not done.
(D) The Seller cannot guarantee that the goods will be exactly the same as previously supplied. Samples are available on request on a sale or return basis to check for size, materials etc.

WAIVER
Failure by the Seller at any time to enforce any of the provisions of these general conditions shall not be construed as waiver by the Sellers of such provisions or in any way affect the validity of these general conditions.

PRICES
All prices shall be as per the Sellers price list current at the date of this dispatch and all prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to increase without notice owing to circumstances beyond the Sellers control.

ORIGINATION
All blocks, dies and screens required for printing will incur additional costs.

ARTWORK
All artwork including reductions, enlargements and amending will be chargeable. Minimum artwork charge: £15.

We own any files for your artwork that we have created. We may share them at our discretion and cannot be held responsible if these are subsequently reproduced and contain errors.

QUANTITIES
Printed goods may be subject to 10% over or under run and will be charged pro rata.

LIABILITY
(A) The Purchasers shall be responsible for the goods being suitable in every way for the purpose for which they are intended to use them and no warranty, condition or representation is given by the Sellers as to the fitness of any goods for any particular purpose.
(B) Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, time for delivery is not of the essence and there is no liability for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond the Sellers control.
(C) Any liability of the Sellers to the Purchasers shall be limited in total to the price of the goods.
(D) In the event of incorrect or faulty goods supplied, credit will only be given if the entire consignment is returned.

CARRIAGE
All prices are exclusive of postage, carriage and packing. Charges for these items are available on request. Due to the difficulty in tracing lost parcels, orders cannot be despatched by post.

SAMPLES
Samples can be sent on approval and charged for unless otherwise agreed, and then can be returned in good condition, unworn and unwashed within 14 days.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment in advance by proforma, unless otherwise agreed.
Time of payment shall be of the essence and if any amount shall not be paid on the due date the Purchasers shall pay to the Seller on demand interest thereon at an annual rate of 4% above Lloyds Bank Plc’s base lending rate, such interest to accrue from day to day and run after as well as before any Judgment.

CLAIMS AND ACCEPTANCE
(A) The Purchasers shall inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and shall within two days from delivery notify the Sellers of any matter or thing by reason of which they may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the Purchasers shall fail to give such notice within such period it shall conclusively be determined that the goods are as to quality, number, weight, volume and in all respects in accordance with the contract and that the Purchasers have accepted them. The Purchasers shall have no right to reject the goods, but shall be bound to pay for the same accordingly.

(B) Non-delivery by any carrier must be notified to the Sellers by email or in writing within 7 days.
(C) Goods are only returnable with our expressed agreement. Goods will not be accepted back without prior arrangement and with the correct returns and will be at the purchasers’ cost

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
The Purchasers shall inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and shall within 3 days from delivery notify the Sellers of any matter or thing by reason of which they may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the Purchasers shall fail to give such notice within such period it shall conclusively be determined that the goods are as to quality, number, weight, volume and in all respects in accordance with the contract and that the Purchasers have accepted them. The Purchasers shall in such circumstances have no right to reject the goods, but shall be bound to pay for the same accordingly. Goods are only returnable with our express agreement and will not be accepted back without prior arrangement. All cancellations must be notified and agreed in writing. Charges will be made for all work already done or materials bought before the cancellation notification.

PRINTING
Unless otherwise specified printing colour, size and position will be at our discretion even on repeat orders. Where Pantone colour matches are requested, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to use your logo or advertisement in our brochures unless otherwise instructed in writing.

Product and branding colours shown on the website, quotes, or viewed online are for representation only, and we are not responsible if they look different to the actual product. Please ask to see a sample or swatch if the product needs to be a specific colour.

REPEAT ORDERS
The onus is on the Customer to ensure the Supplier has all the correct details from previous orders.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
We reserve the right to alter design, material and product specification of any product without notice.

DEADLINES

We will endeavour to meet your deadline/preferred delivery date, but we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered for these dates and orders will be processed on this basis. We cannot accept cancellations once approval or instructions have been received, even if they arrive after the deadline/preferred delivery date.

ITEMS NOT SUPPLIED BY US

We can apply branding to your own garments, subject to our assessment. Items must be reviewed in advance to determine their suitability for our equipment, and we reserve the right to decline if they are not compatible. No responsibility can be taken if items not supplied by us are damaged or incorrectly branded. We cannot offer a replacement or compensation.
