Does my quote include VAT?

The prices shown do not include VAT, but this will be shown on your quote along with a grand total that includes VAT. 

Do the prices shown include branding?

Where possible, the prices shown include branding, but are subject to seeing your final artwork, so once we know exactly what you’d like, we can confirm the exact costs.

I have an urgent delivery date

It’s always best to check with us that we can meet your deadline before we start your order. Please tell us when you confirm your order if you have an urgent delivery date.

Why do I need to pay a set up charge?

With some designs, we need to recreate them in a different format – an embroidery file or screens for screen printing. We also do test runs with some designs so you can see how it will look before we produce the main order. So the set up charge is to cover any time or testing involved.

What format do I need to provide my design in?

Please send your design in a vector format – eps or pdf, with all text converted to outlines and please specify pantone references where possible. For embroidery orders, we can also accept jpeg and png files. If you’re unsure, please call us on 01621 850462. We can arrange for your design to be redrawn at an extra cost.

When will I receive my confirmed delivery date?

Once you’ve approved your visual proof, a delivery date will be supplied within approximately 24-48hrs.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Paypal or credit card on the payment link that is at the bottom of your quote, order confirmation or proforma invoice.

Or you can call us on 01621 850462 to pay by credit card over the phone.

Please note, all first-time orders will be on a pro-forma basis unless otherwise agreed in advance of your order being processed.
